Canberra Corporation, a manufacturer of highly progressive commercial, institutional, and industrial cleaning and personal care products was incorporated in 1965. At that time, the company's primary focus was to supply restroom related products to some of the largest national and international companies in our industry.
In 1978, Canberra greatly expanded its Research and Development Department as part of its long term strategy to become a nationwide full line chemical supplier. In the early 80's we introduced the "Clean 13" which was a series of highly innovative floor care, industrial care, health care, and all purpose type cleaning products. Since that time, we have expanded our program to include an extensive line of food service products, carpet and fabric cleaners/protectants, floor care formulas, concentrated and ready to use deodorants, drain maintenance items, aerosols, VRE/MRSA efficacious disinfectants, and personal care products. This very rapid and well focused strategic plan to position Canberra nationally as a full line supplier of high quality products and services to a number of markets is now complete.
Canberra presently occupies over 230,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and office space with warehousing operations in Ohio, California, and Texas. Our explosive growth has been achieved by dynamic marketing tools, exciting educational programs, a highly professional sales force, upscale private brand literature, a virtual reality interactive software program (The Next Level CD), Offering state of the art products and a never ending quest to assist our customers in growing their business.
